Do you cover events outside Lancashire?
Yes. We're based in Lytham St Anne's on the Fylde coast and regularly deliver events across the whole of the UK. Wherever your event is, we can plan, coordinate and manage its safety on site.
How much do your services cost?
We publish our pricing so you can plan with confidence. Event consultations start from £300, and a health & safety consultation with written report is £140. Larger packages are scoped to your event — see the services page for the full breakdown.
Can you handle health & safety as well as the planning?
Absolutely — it's what sets us apart. Alongside full event management we produce risk assessments (RAMS), compliance documentation and authority submissions, so your planning and your safety obligations are covered by the same team.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
The earlier the better — more lead time means more options for venues, suppliers and compliance sign-off. That said, we're used to working to tight timelines, so it's always worth asking even if your date is close.
